RMT's Organising Unit helps roll out the union's successful organising strategy. Since Bob Crow was elected General Secretary in 2002 our membership has increased by 60% and we are stronger in most workplaces!

Part of our strategy is to increase the union's profile as a campaigning, fighting and democratic union.

We totally reject any notion that 'partnership' with the bosses will deliver benefits to workers.
