Hello my flickrite friends.

Who am I? First and foremost, I am a Husband and Father. My family comes first in my life over anything else.

That being said, photography has been a passion of mine since I got a 1969 Canon TL QL from my father when I was 10 years old. My father bought it used in a hole in the wall camera shop in New York City in 1974 when I was born. State of the art, it was not, but I carried it along with me taking thousands of pictures thru Jr High, High School and College, thanks to cheap B&W film and free access to photo labs throughout my school years.

Fast forward to today. I have gone throught many cameras sinse then. Many film, a few digital, until my current 5Dmk2 which has been a camera I have been waiting for, for years. It has inspired me to share the beauty of my little back yard in California. Mainly the Bay Area and Lake Tahoe, but other places are on my list already.

If you would like me to shoot something/someone for you please email me and we can discuss it.

If you are local and would like to come along on a shoot, let me know. I don't charge for outings or advice. We are just out to have some fun and come away with some beautiful shots. Hopefully, all who join us, will learn something new.
