With regard to the use of the photos, I hesitated putting a Creative Commons license up because many of the photos in my photostream are produced and copywritten by others. For the last few months, I have been pretty diligent about only making public photos I actually take, and those of course are what the CC usage license refers to. If you have any questions about a particular photo, please contact me.

Anyway, I utilize Flickr to support my work in community building and urban revitalization. I put up photos that I take as well as interesting photos that I find. AND, I view the great photos taken by members of the Flickr community.

The photos in my blog are databased in Flickr. I like to think what I write is about universal truths, but a majority of the examples are from the Washington, DC area.
