RJCLA Mission Statement
To promote, protect and strengthen reproductive freedom through visibility, education, advocacy, and community organizing.

Because many factors determine a woman’s ability to exercise her reproductive rights - including race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, age,
class, immigration status and disability -
RJCLA addresses all issues that effect women’s reproductive freedom.
•
Recognizing the ethnic diversity of Los Angeles County, RJCLA focuses primarily on strengthening the reproductive rights of women of color, immigrant women and young women. RJCLA believes that, by advocating for the rights of less privileged women and underserved women in our communities, ultimately all women in Los Angeles County will be more empowered to exercise their rights.
