Rick discovered his love for photography just after he turned the ripe old age of 7. His X-15 Kodak Instamatic 126 film camera introduced him to the world of photographic imaging.
Since then, he has stayed on the cutting edge of digital imaging technology. Working for Procter & Gamble in New Business Development gave Rick an insight to the advertising and corporate world of big brands and creative marketing. He understands the pressures of deadlines as well as the importance of brand image.
The primary mission of Rick Lohre Photography is to create exceptional images and make your job easier.
With his wife and production manager, Julie, he has developed a high-energy style of photography and intermingled active lifestyle into every aspect of his work.
Whether it's shooting the action shots of a fitness model or the shoes they are wearing in studio - shooting a bustling construction site or a glamorous shot of a pneumatic nailer - every shoot with Rick is packed with energy.
His photography has taken him all over the world, from Italy, to Hong Kong, Ireland to California, Columbus OH to Rabbit Hash KY. He's truly comfortable in any setting...be it on a surfboard, amountainside, barnyard or boardroom.
Additionally, the full featured state of the art studio is decked out and ready to handle any job. There is no studio like this in in the area. You'll be in awe of the 12,000 square foot studio. It's a combination of New York loft, Hollywood studio, yet in the accessible and affordable midwest, all within short reach from any major city via Cincinnati International airport.
With a Wii entertainment system, strategically placed pinball machines, espresso bar and skeeball machines, the studio keeps creatives energized and occupied for the duration of the shoot.
