I have been aUnited States Soccer Federation referee since 1981 and a Virginia High School League referee from 1983 through 2007. Currently I hold the rank of State Referee Emeritus (grade 15) and Referee Instructor (grade 7). I am the Area Director of Referee Administration for the Central Area for the Metro D. C. - Virginia State Referee Program of the United States Soccer Federation.
