I am an author and lecturer of political science at the University of Westminster. I've just published my newest book Imaginary Futures (www.imaginaryfutures.net) with Pluto Press (www.plutobooks.com) and debuted it at a book launch celebration in London, 16th May 2007. Imaginary Futures accounts the political history of the Internet, beginning in 1964 at the New York World's Fair, where our future was imagined for us by the ideological leaders of the day.
