Zen-minded, always striving for improvement, I took up photography both as a heritage (it runs in the family - or so they say) and as a passion (the latter being quite the strongest motivation).

Since I grabbed the camera for the first time I set out to discover which style would suit me the most, so I started experimenting - and I am still doing that.

Always having been captivated by the powerful expressive means both human face and body possess, portraiture was the obvious choice. Be it a simple portrait, a conceptual shot or a picture stole on the street, it is always fascinating for me to discover how much a look, an expression or a posture can tell about each person I depict.
