I am a scientist by training and trade, and a spare-time photographer. The best photographs of me on Flickr are this one, taken by Tanner., and this one by f1design.

All my photographs are copyrighted with all rights reserved. I will usually grant usage for educational purposes. Photos are generally available for commercial use for an appropriate fee, with some exceptions. Some photographs are licensed through Getty Images.

My photos have been used in law and biology textbooks, institutional reports, advertising copy, press releases, in an art exhibition, and on various websites. If you see something you like or need, let me know.
