My first assignment as a FREELANCE PHOTOGRAPHER was in SHANGHAI WORLD EXPO 2010 . I was sent by the MACAO MAGAZINE to photograph the MACAO PAVILION. The photo of the Macao Pavilion was used in the Cover Page of the Magazine in the July 2010 issue.

Many Thanks to Mr. Gonçalo César de Sá for choosing me as the Official Photographer of the Macao Magazine in Shanghai World Expo 2010. Mais uma vez Obrigado meu Amigo.

Back in 2006, Leighton Asia requested a manpower support to my previous company in Manila. The Leighton China State JV was in need of a Building Services Coordination Engineers (BSC Engineer) to do a detailed combined coordination installation drawings in Wynn Casino Resort Project in Macao SAR.

When I heard the news from one of the Manager in the office, I volunteer to be part of the team. I asked the President of the company that I want to be part and lead the team of CAD and BSC Engineer that will be send to Macao. I was so grateful he approved my request.

It is in Macao, I discovered my passion, learned and developed my skills in photography.

Macao is an Awesome Experienced .

Since Hong Kong is so accessible from Macao, in most occasion I spent the weekend there and meet my Peng Millan. The normal business is to visit a camera store in Stanley Street or do a photowalkaton w/ some friends.

Btw, Millan and I will never leave Hong Kong without visiting the Fat Angelo’s Italian Restaurant in Soho and Lan kwai Fong to taste their AWESOME PIZZA.

When the Wynn Encore Project has been completed in April 2010, most of us were sent back to Manila. Leighton has no Job to Offer in Macao then.

Before I left Macao, the Macao Magazine called me and offered me to do some photographs in the Shanghai World Expo. After a few days of stay in the Philippines, I went to Shanghai and spent a week there to accomplished my Assignment.

After my stay in Aomen ( Macau) , I took a job in Doha Qatar in a Catering Facility Project in the New Doha International Airport as a Sr. Testing & Commissioning Engineer.

Qatar is strict when it comes to Photography. People are conservative, this is because of the culture and religion. Unlike in Macau and Xiang Gang (Hong Kong) there is FREEDOM in PHOTOGRAPHY.
