The Reno Philharmonic Association’s mission is to provide world-class, innovative musical performances and exceptional educational and outreach programs that attract the widest possible audience.

The orchestra, made up of over 60 local and talented musicians, performs in Reno and in various outdoor and indoor venues. The popular MasterClassics Series is presented September and April. The orchestra also presents over ten specialty performances throughout the year from the holiday classic, Spirit of the Season to 4th of July in Genoa. The Philharmonic also boasts an impressive and diverse education department, which includes two youth orchestras, a series of Young People’s Concerts, Celebrate Strings program, and a Discover Music program.
