My name is Renee. I'm 20 years old and originally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, but I currently live in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
I initially became interested in photography when I was about fourteen and my beginnings were some fairly amateur self-portraiture and makeshift photoshoots, which is how I learned my way around a simple point-and-shoot. Shortly after, I started to experiment with the editing process. I still have the occasional burst of vanity and will shoot a few of myself because sometimes when I work with models, I don't really achieve my vision.
Four years ago I began a casual mentorship program with a local photographer, and have had the opportunity to work in the studio and play with lighting and such. I learned a lot, and I'm still just learning, and trying to find ways to bring my concepts to life in my new home. I shoot with an Olympus E-420.
