Photojournalist recounts experiences while on the road on assignments.

Ok: The rest of the story : I am totally outraged by the actions of The Canadian Govt. and their 'final solution' regarding the slaughter by bats and sticks on the defendless baby seals. Please read the info contained in the link below and watch the video (caution: extremely graphic short video clip) Before the Canadian seal hunt had begun, hundreds of thousands of baby seals were already dead. Because of climate change, the ice in the seals' Gulf of St. Lawrence nursery has melted, and most of the baby seals, not yet able to swim, have been swept out to sea and certain death. Despite this grim reality, the Canadian government has insisted on allowing the hunt to continue, setting a quota of 270,000 seals. Tell Prime Minister Harper that this seal population, already devastated by global warming, should not be subjected to cruel and needless slaughter to provide fur to the fashion industry. Tell him it's time to stop the seal hunt forever. Thank you! www.hsus.org/protect_seals.html community.hsus.org/campaign/harper_protectseals_2?rk=ldLE... THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS !!!
