REILIA on Helsingin yliopiston koulutus- ja kehittämiskeskus Palmenian Kouvolan yksikön hallinnoima hanke, jonka tavoitteena on perustaa rautatiekulttuurikeskus. Hanketta rahoittavat EU:n Euroopan aluekehitysrahasto (EAKR), Etelä-Suomen lääninhallitus ja Kouvolan kaupunki.

REILIA is a project coordinated by the Palmenia Centre for Continuing Education of the University of Helsinki, whose objective is to establish the first centre of railway culture in Finland. The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund of the EU, the State Provincial Office of Southern Finland, and the City of Kouvola.
