I'm a baker chick, engaged to a wonderful (and understanding!) man. I'm a very health conscious foodie that spends a lot of her time concocting vegan, vegetarian (or even regular, for the family) meals. I love to entertain and see the smiles on people's faces when they taste my creations, and I'm always experimenting! I love to bake everything from breads to Chocolate Guinness Cake and run my own small bakery out of my mom's house. I'm in college now for Food and Nutrition Management. I'll bake anything and everything, so long as there's someone to eat it! However, just so y'all know, I can't have caffeine, alcohol, meats, dairy, egg yolks, oils, nuts or essentially anything high in oil / fat content without getting sick.
