Home-Business-Essentials.com is situated in the scenic "Valley of a Thousand Hills" in Durban, South Africa.

Our Executive Director, Stephen Strydom, graduated from the University of Johannesburg in South Africa, in 1986 with a BA (Law) degree and also with a post-graduate "Bachelor of Law's" (LLB) degree in 1990.

Stephen practiced as a lawyer for many years but always wanted to be an entrepreneur. He first became interested in internet marketing in 2006 but this was really a "part-time" interest. Over the years, he developed a passion for all aspects of internet & affiliate marketing (and especially successful home business development for “newbies”)

Stephen will soon be 48 years old. He is a father of 3 children (who all live in Southern California, USA)

Stephen spent a number of years in the USA. He returned to South Africa in 2008 where he now lives with his wonderful girlfriend, Sue & her daughter Malaeeka.

Stephen is also a part-time "no money down" property investor and his hobbies include cycling, good movies & great music!
