Sustainovation Strategist

I partner with organizations to help them integrate sustainability-based strategy into the core of their enterprise, into their daily operations, and for the development of sustainable products and services. Their goals, actions, and measurable results may include finding more efficient and more satisfying ways of working together, product and services innovation, collaboration across industry, stakeholder involvement, leveraging opportunities for financial savings and market advantages, and aligning core purpose, mission, and values with doing right for planet and people.

Informed by extensive experience, I design and facilitate processes, programs, and support systems that start with the client wherever they are and launch them on their path toward systemic sustainability.

My clients construct a shared vision of a compelling sustainable future and take positive action to make it their reality. They organically grow into a culture of collective wisdom and intelligence—generating possibilities naturally and solving complex problems wholeheartedly. As a result they participate in building social and ecological well-being and
a new economy through synergizing environmental, social, personal, and financial needs and desires.

In addition, I hold teaching and research assignments at multiple institutions in Europe and the United States, in the areas of organizational learning, strategic leadership toward sustainability, and innovation of sustainable products and services.
