The first thing I have to say about myself is that I'm left-handed because I'm very proud of this fact. Some of the best people in history were supposedly lefties. I'm also a Pastafarian, which means I belong to the church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. I like this because it's a bit nutty and satirical.

I absolutely love to travel and have much interest in other cultures from different countries. Some of my favourite places include Paris, the Canadian Rockies and England. I'd really love to visit Germany though and Ireland to trace my heritage.

Quirky things make me smile and I am often described as 'weird'. I like this description of myself because I appreciate the things that make me different from others. It's probably right, too.

I adore history and dressing up in period costume. If I could go back in time I'd like to live in the Georgian or Regency era. I belong to a group called The Society for Creative Anachronism, which is worldwide community of people who re-create the Middle Ages. I am also a big Jane Austen fan and have been part of various Austen communities.
