Reuse and republishing my images

All my images are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution licence.

You can use any of my photos for any purpose in any format, and make any changes you want to them to suit you. Copyright sucks.

All you need to do online is caption the photograph (or as close as your design/convenience allows) with the following:

Redvers, via flickr.com - CC-BY

In print or other non-online media, you should caption the photograph (or as close as your design/convenience allows; for instance, on the back is fine for a postcard) with the following:

Redvers, via flickr.com (Creative Commons CC-BY)

If you can't do this, contact me and we'll negotiate (a small donation to Amnesty International buys you out of crediting me).

Remember, if you use a photograph and you pull the file directly from flickr (ie, don't make a local copy), you must make the photo link back to flickr, or else Yahoo! will get busy on your nether regions.

I wouldn't mind a link to your usage, or a notification of a print (etc) use being made, just for my own amusement. But that's not essential if you don't want to.

If we've already exchanged email or flickrmail about this, then what I've said there overrides what I've said here. I'm fickle that way.
