I'm a freelance medical and biological illustrator in SE Michigan who's working on her PhD in Anatomy. I'm also making all sorts of other art based on everyday objects, nature, etc. on the side. I'm also an academic for life... I can't seem to get out of the classroom. :)

If you're on the up-and-up and are collecting photos for artistic inspiration, etc., that's cool.
