The Washtenaw County Chapter serves the more than 400,000 people in Washtenaw County. This figure includes 353,000 residents as well as an estimated 71,000 student population from three local universities. The American Red Cross is not a government agency. Our programs rely on financial support and voluntary service from generous citizens of the Washtenaw County.
