To shelter, rehabilitate and provide a loving and healthy environment for rescued puppies, while assisting and promoting their adoptions into caring families.

To remain dedicated in the diligent effort to end the suffering of abandoned, unwanted, neglected or abused puppies in Puerto Penasco, Mexico through education, spaying and neutering.
