I'm just a regular gal trying to make/find the time to pursue and improve upon the things I enjoy doing. As a busy mother of two, that doesn't always come easily. I've always enjoyed photography, but know little about all the technical aspects of it so I visit my local library far too often and monopolize their collection of books on all things photography. I currently volunteer my services to an up and coming newspaper that will soon be celebrating it's first year of existence. I also run a small portrait photography business (although I'd call it more of a hobby as I don't really derive much of an income). I encourage you to check out my website (listed below) to judge my capabilities for yourself. I'm here to learn as much as possible from my fellow flickrites. My brain is a sponge, please let your knowledge be the water I soak up! I'm looking to make some friends who will:

I'm no prude and I can handle nudity, dark images, violence, and sexuality, but please, if you have pornography or other questionable (like really, really weird, pervy stuff)material on your account, don't comment or add my photos as favorites...it skeeves me out. Thanks.

ALSO: IF YOU HAVE NO PHOTOGRAPHS AND PROFILE AVAILABLE TO VIEW ON YOUR ACCOUNT, I WILL BLOCK YOU. I feel that if you can take the time to create a flickr account and "favorite" pictures, you could take a few minutes to tell a little about yourself or post a few shots. Sorry - I'm just not into that whole "mystery viewer" thing.
