I've been in a kind of slump lately. I haven't been shooting as much as I should. I'm just being apathetic I think. Dying to go somewhere ELSE. Like England. Someone get me there. Or Holland.

I am a complete amateur. I try. I barely know what I'm doing.

I use my DSLR, which is a Canon Rebel XSI.

I also use a few close up lenses.

I have a film camera (I can't remember what it is at the moment) and a One Step Express Polaroid camera.

Upgrading would be great, but of course I certainly don't have the money for it. I'm becoming interested in Infrared and excited to get something to experiment.

I've been experimenting in Photography on and off for about...4-5 years, but I've only had my DSLR for just over a year. Of course there's about a year where I did absolutely nothing, and I am nowhere near the experience I should be at. Most of those years I used my film camera, and was strictly Black and White. So, there are tons and tons of film I would love to post, but I need a converter.


I am open to critiques, and feel free to be as harsh as possible.

I'd like to do and learn more about doing Portraits and even Self Portraits.
