On photography - If I had more courage and energy it would be a passion. If I had more talent it would be a consuming avocation. As it is now I strive for a degree of competence and skill in recording and depicting the things around me that evoke emotions (big or small) or interest me. One thing I am interested in is making a record "sort of" of the environs of my daily life. Another is observing quirks and odd things and one more I will be attempting in the future is to say something about the nature of impermanence.
