Using a camera to try and make art the way painters make art is like having the Kentucky Derby with motorcycles instead of horses.

The camera doesn't matter, unless it can't take the photo at all. The best camera is the one that's with you.
Money can buy a good photograph. From the person who took it.

I seriously, seriously am developing a huge pet peeve for faded/desaturated/intentionally low quality photos. Including wedding photos that are considered "high-key"/over-exposed. I just don't like it. I'm not including actual black-and-white, because they are supposed to be black-and-white.
