I am an Australian Chinese born in Malaysia. I consider myself to be Australian as I have lived here since well before I was able to stand on two feet.

I started picking up photography only 2 years ago unlike some of the more seasoned veterans here on flickr. My passion for photography has started off with the Canon 450D and has now extended back to the cameras of old; classic film reflex cameras. The nostalgic feel of film and its grainy outlook gives a sense of mood and characteristic that digital photos seem to lack (for me). While I do own and love digital equipment, I am currently romancing with 35mm film cameras.

**I am currently studying Chinese down in Kaohsiung (Taiwan) after finishing a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Curtin University, Perth, Western Australia. I hope to launch a portfolio website early next year and extend my hobby into something more serious.**

I left Kaohsiung on 30th June 2010 and now currently back in the City of Perth =)
