I take photographs and write.

All of my published photographs are available as stock (royalty-free) or as prints, directly from my online photo catalog. You may also use some of my photos for free, if you agree to my terms of use.

I prefer to fave. I seldom comment. I think faves speak more about whether or not someone likes a photo.

I despise ugly group invites, especially ones with flashing graphics. I abhor tit-for-tat groups where everyone's involved in patting each other on the back and faving and commenting on the photos because those are the rules.

I add people whose photography inspires or moves me to my contacts. When their photography ceases to inspire me, I remove them. I evolve artistically and my tastes change. Feel free to remove me from your contacts if my photography no longer interests you.

I try to view all of the photographs that my contacts publish, and as I've seen from my time on Flickr, this is a rarity. Since my time is limited, that means I cannot handle more than 100 or so contacts. Every time I choose to add a contact, it is based on artistic merit.
