I’m a software application developer and IT manager in my professional life. I have an insider’s view into making software, designing interfaces, and meeting people needs and expectations. I’m an admitted geek., a tweaker, an explorer, a newsfeed junkie, and a collector. I’m always looking for new tips, tricks, and software toys to make my life easier, better, and more fun.

My growth as a photographer began in the spring of 2003 when I bought my first point & shoot digital camera - a 3 megapixel Olympus C740 UZ. Christmas 2005 added the Canon EOS 20D to my collection, and a new level of excitement, dedication, and challenge to my photography.
