Randy S. Proto has over 30 years of experience in the education sector. He is currently CEO of American Institutes Holdings, a group of five schools with locations in Florida, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

American Institute graduates 2,000 students annually and employs over 200 individuals.

Mr. Proto is also an avid martial artist, black belt and co-founder of International Haganah Federation, LLC, an organization which promotes an Israeli based self defense style. It is offered by a variety of martial arts schools and law enforcement and military organizations nationwide.

Mr. Proto's philanthropy, beyond American Dog Rescue, is focused on causes directed at assisting military veterans, and at improving children's welfare and opportunities. Mr. Proto and his wife, a former elementary school teacher and author, have one son.
