I am a cosmetologist. I have a passion for art, photography in particular. Several years ago I had saved up as much money as I could and got a digital camera (Canon Rebel Xti), my very old slr had not been working properly for some time. I will be investing in a professional camera sometime in the future, for now the Rebel fits my needs. I am investing more directly into my career for now (as a Colorist, Extension Specialist, and Makeup Artist), and then photography is the next step.
I am greatly increasing my skill with and ability to control the results of the picture with each shoot. I do plan to pursue photography as a career in addition to the hair thing.
My husband is studying IP Law, which is nice considering all the IP infringements I have suffered for years now. I only intended to have my work available to others as an online portfolio, and to get input from the photography community. To demonstrate my skills and be able to improve upon them. Thus, all comments, questions, and advice/critique is welcome!
