I decided to give photography a go in February 2009, after seeing the great work by a colleague of mine (www.bwmphoto.com). I started by reading a few magazines and the manual in my compact camera, finally found out what the different buttons and manual settings did! and pretty soon also found out its limitations. Bought a DSLR Nikon D90 early March and I have been hooked ever since. I am originally from Mexico but have lived in England for the last 12 years. My main iterests at the moment are landscapes and insects macro, but sometimes have a go at other wildlife but it is frustrating with only a 105mm lens, I am saving for a 400mm lens next year.
