The earliest digital camera photo I still have is #0019, from June 14, 2000. I had a Canon S20 with 340MB microdrive, that was a huge amount of storage back in the day. I was online pretty quickly, my first online photo gallery was July 10, 2000 (on Ofoto).
Not all of my photos are on Flickr, you can see the others I have online at the website link.
I often have screenshots and photos that are used in my technology review blog, the easiest starting point for that information is my list of all reviews.

When I geocode photos, I position them where I took the picture FROM, not at the location of the object being photographed.
