i'm 18 and i pestered for my first camera (a polaroid) when i was 9. i've come to settle with a canon eos 400d (thank you spm results).
to me, real photography should come from raw images and should not depend on photoshop editing (only 10% of my photos are edited). also, i do not consider self taken photos and camera slutting as photography.
