Librarian, artist, writer. I belong to two cats, my family of friends, the Society of Creative Anachronism, the bank that holds the mortgage, the student loan company, and the international pharmaceutical industry.

I've taken up knitting, or I should say knitting has overtaken my current creative space. Other art obsessions include: ceramics/pottery/tiles, photography, embroidery/needlework, calligraphy/illumination/scribal arts, cooking, some costuming (costume props & accessories!), painting (in all sorts of media), jewelry making, leatherwork, and beadcraft.

My vocation/avocation is making information accessible to all through diverse interfaces (ie, librarian). That pretty much covers the cataloging/serials/digital library fun that takes up the majority of my waking hours. (and it is fun! stressful too, but I love what I do.)
