i am more technical than creative, so i claim everything to be experimentation. results of cross-processing and expired film are usually happy accidents, but film and print developments are deliberate. i am hopeless when it comes to photoshop and prefer the darkroom where i know how to achieve what i want. i am more scientist than artist, and the possibilities of digital photography in a digital darkroom overwhelm me. i am learning the craft, but am still in the mindset that there is one possible answer, one perfect photographic result.
