Rabid Child Images' photostream

Tyler Soverns photographs under the name Rabid Child Images and hails out of Seattle Washington. Shooting primarily with a wide angle lens at intimate venues, Rabid Child Images is known for capturing the energy and chaos of small but important sects of Seattle's music scene. He also achieved success putting down the fish eye lens and experimenting with a stripped down portrait style while shooting the layout for “Glamour”, local rising stars Fresh Espresso's debut album. His first photo exhibition “SNAPS” expanded on this minimalistic portrait style and showcased notables in the Seattle hip hop world. Rabid Child Images 2nd exhibition “In the Grime Light" centered around live photos and editorial portraits from 2008 to the present. His photos have been published on blogs and in local news papers such as Seattle Weekly, Seattle Times, The Sinner and his photos are common place in the Stranger. He has joined forces with the artist collective Out For Stardom and continues to capture underground music events around town, posting his photos on the Out For Stardom blog on a regular basis.
