About a year and a half ago I chose to get off my behind and do something about the excess weight I was carrying around. I suppose before that my focus was on different things - music, my career, filmmaking, God... and while these things are still an important part of me, living a healthy, active lifestyle is now a gigantically huge part of it as well. Well... that and burning things.
