Throughout my adult life, my mission has been to teach people how to live a healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutrition. Now my primary ministry is my children and praying for them. This began even before they were born, with prayers for each stage of baby development during pregnancy. I believe in this so much, my new book: Praying Through Your Pregnancy is out April 1st! I'm so excited and hope that it will be a blessing to many moms-to-be.
