I have interest in almost everything good under the sun. My hobbies are reading, travelling, gardening and of course photography. But I love meeting people .
My impression is, most people on this planet are good.
I also consider myself a citizen of this world, not only of my country of birth. My only belief of religion is humanism.

I am professionally a Physician.

I have traveled whole of my country,India,it's long expanse of Himalayas,oceans,desert and jungles.

I have also traveled almost whole of Europe, UK and some of Asian countries including China,Hongkong & Macao,Nepal & Bangladesh.
(And recently,Sept,2009,visited Mauritius (off to South Africa)
(May,2010 - visited Bhutan.)
Oct-Nov,2010- visited South America.
Oct,2011 - visited Egypt.

I am trying to take better pictures. I have stared with a box camera in school days,( worth less than a dollar ), many years back ,and then gradually gone thru compacts, SLRs and now to my third digital camera. Now mostly clicking with a Canon IS I3 prosumer. May 2009 - got my first DSLR from my son.I take pictures of everything, but landscapes and people are my favourite.
