The first Polish specialist coffee store ?Pożegnanie z Afryką? (Out of Africa) was founded in Cracow in May 1992. This is an entirely Polish enterprise, designed by Zofia and Krzysztof Drohomirecki. The scope was to found a professional coffee centre in which one might obtain all information on coffee itself as well as on coffee-based recipes and buy as many as possible grades of coffee and accessories used in making top quality infusion. We also offer objects of applied art, like jewellery, graphics showing coffee houses, and other objects related to coffee. At the same time, in the coffee parlor within the store premises, customers have been offered a possibility of tasting all brand coffees.
