E' stato ristrutturato mantenendo le medesime caratteristiche delle case coloniche toscane.
Il podere dispone di 4 appartamenti completamente indipendenti, affittabili in qualsiasi periodo dell’anno, e piscina privata con splendida vista sulle colline toscane.

Set amidst the seclusion of the Chianti Classico hills and valleys of the Crete Senesi rests the Podere Corniuzza. A large independent 16th Century farmhouse surrounded by lawns and panoramic vistas of rolling hills, softly waving grasses and wooded copses, the property has all the ingredients for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Tuscany.

Furnished in the Tuscan style of rustic solidity the wooden furniture adds warmth and charm to a property with original cotto floors and ceilings highlighted with oak beams.
There is also an outdoor barbecue area with plenty of garden furniture next to the property. The pool is situated 25m from the house across the lawn and is ideal for a cool dip before the siesta.
The podere has a perfectly working firewood furnace 200 years old.
