1999-2011 Worked for Fairfax Media
Designed most sections of The Age newspaper including Page One News, Green Guide, EG, Drive, Sport . Set up InDesign templates for newspaper. Worked closely with external company on paper re-design. Moved to magazines then books. Currently Design and Production Manager for Fairfax Books. Now designing iPhone apps in parallel with companion books.

1999 Freelanced through agency. Became one of Aquent Partners top freelancers.

1996-1998 Senior designer on Herald Sun. Designed most sections of daily paper.

1989-1996 Art director of prestigious national Independent Monthly newspaper/magazine. Worked with the cream of Australian journalism.

1987-1989 Senior designer on Sydney Morning Herald. Headed small team of designers.

1986 Designer Times on Sunday/National Times.

1985-1986 13 months of extensive travel in Eastern and Western Europe.

1983-1984 Deputy art director of Business Review Weekly. Relief Art Director for a couple of months.

1982 Graduated from Swinburne Institute of Technology with a BA(Graphic Design). News and weather graphics, Channel 7 (weekends).

Skilled with InDesign CS4, Photoshop CS4, Illustrator CS4 and other software and databases specific to Newspaper design.
