This World 66 map thing says I have been to 49 countries .. so there you go. I love travelling, obviously, and love long trips. Have previously tackled 4 months through Western Europe, a 3 month trip from London to Hong Kong, through Scandinavia, Russia, Mongolia and China, 3 months in Eastern Europe with the last one 8 months in SE Asia and India.
I have lived (and travelled) about five years out of the last eight outside of my native Australia, with two in Papua New Guinea being the highlight. In total about 2 years of my life has been living out of a backpack in some cheap dorm or hotel room. I love it.
Oh yeah and I take the camera along with me .. but need to scan and upload some of those years when I was shooting on slide.
