We are starting Chicago's first vertical farm, The Plant, in a former meatpacking plant in the city's Union Stock Yards. The building includes aquaponics systems, a beer brewery, bakery, rooftop gardens, mushrooms, living walls, and other projects focused on sustainability and materials reuse.
