Me?
I'm obsessive about everything I do (except DIY [shudder]), bought my secondhand bridge camera S9600 in 2008 and launched myself into the world of digital and photoshop. Boy, is there a LOT to learn!
Soon after, a Canon 450D became the weapon of choice with various glasses and ventures into different disciplines. People are still a struggle to me as you will see a distinct lack of them in my photostream. The beginning of 2011 saw me leap into Full Frame with a secondhand Canon 5D and various accessories. The journey continues!
Now an avid fan of Twitter, you can find me on @carlsphotograph (not enough room for the "y") but beware ..... I do like to chatter about daft things!
If you are in or near Tunbridge Wells, then get involved in the local Flickr group. Discussions over a pint on the first Monday of every month at the Royal Oak, on Prospect Road. We organise regular events to suit all styles of photography.
Anyone looking for an on-line camera club full of fantastic pictures and friendly advice should visit www.photography4allforum.co.uk - it is a closed forum but getting past Kenny is worth the effort. It is the friends in this forum that have helped me on my journey more than anywhere else.
