Plan India is a part of Plan International, founded in 1937 after the Spanish Civil War and currently works in 66 countries. We are a child-centred non-for-profit development organization registered under the Society’s Registration Act and have been working in India since 1979. With unbiased commitment the Plan Community works towards the improvement of the conditions of vulnerable children.

Our vision is of a world in which children’s rights are respected, their dignity respected and possibilities created for giving them real chances to develop their full potentials.
