[I should probably update this, but it's still fairly accurate]

I'm a law student and internet-botherer, ametur musician and cameraphone snapper. I ride a bike and use a mac.

In the past, I didn't really care about photography at all. My first digital camera was a 2.1 Mega Pixel beast from Fuji which consumed all of the batteries in about 12 seconds from turning it on. When Flickr came along, it's ease of use, little tricks and play-about-features had me suckered, and a few months later, I was upgrading my phone. Thankfully I had plumped for a K750i, which not only has the bonus of going wherever I go, but also it's small, portable and relativley quick to shoot shots with.

Admittedly, the camera can't shoot in the dark to save it's digital life (and I have never updated the firmware, which apparently does wonders, but, as stated, I'm on a mac)

As a consequence, I've discovered a new found love of photography and for the first time, i see a value in it - which is nice.

What I like to photograph and what comprises my photostream usually consists of:
1) Shots of Lowestoft, my home town.
2) Shots of Canterbury, where I am at University
3) Photos from nights out with friends
4) Esoteric, funny or generally interesting things I see in the world around me.
5) Food that I've cooked or thought was particularly nice looking. Being a student, I'm not too good at cooking, but I do enjoy it, and I think that with every new successful achievement, I get a little prouder of what I cook and how I do it. If only I had a dishwasher. That'd be awesome.

Mind you, I have had this camera barely a year, and hoarder that I am, have taken over 2000 photos, only about 400 of which have made it to my photostream.

I should eat more fruit. But then so should you.
