I've been a chemistry teacher and environmental scientist for about 30 years now. Currently employed at Point Loma Nazarene University and Miramar College. More importantly, I've been a dad for 24 years (two sons) and a husband for 26 years.
I'm an New Englander who has called San Diego home since 1985. Former home towns include Worcester MA, Bangor ME, East Stroudsburg PA, Lewiston ME, and West Lafayette IN.
I've been posting my photographs online since 1995 and taking photos since the 1960s; went digital in 2000 and started a photo-a-day website in 2001. I like creating/enhancing memories of special events and everyday life with my photographs, and suspect that I'd remember a lot more if digital photos had been around when I was younger!
