It's a hard thing to describe yourself.......but I'm a person of many interests.

For one, I'm a mother of 2 beautiful ladies, a wife to a handsome Englishman, a nurse (no longer practicing) & a cook at a very well known foodies haven in Melbourne.

I started making cakes & bits & bobs for work....& my recipes that have been in my family for generations...started to outsell the cakes we got bought in. It as so lovely for me to see people appreciate something that tastes beautiful. Something that is sensitive to times past, but usuing the amazing produce that is now available.

So, while my cakes, pies, tarts etc are'nt polished within an inch of their life, they have a 'by-gone' feel about them that people are familiar with from their childhood.

All of this has kicked me into gear with a dream of mine. A dream i've called Pinny. it's still early days, but I know have several cafes I regularly supply too & the feedback I get from that is incredible. The hot favourite is my Raspberry, white chocolate & macadamia slice.
